Mission & Values
Blossom Bridge is more than a place for children to spend the day, we’re a community built around children, families, educators, and the future of early childhood education.
We combine play-based and experiential learning, individualized attention, strong family communication, and a genuine sense of community. Our goal is to create an environment where children feel safe, known, encouraged, and excited to learn.
We believe children learn best when they are actively involved in their learning. Our play-based approach encourages children to explore, experiment, create, ask questions, build relationships, and learn through real experiences.
We focus on the whole child—including academic, social, emotional, and physical development—while nurturing each child’s individual strengths, interests, and curiosity.
Blossom Bridge Child Care officially became licensed in Minnesota in September 2024 and welcomed its first families shortly afterward. While Blossom Bridge is a newer name in the community, our mission is rooted in a deep commitment to quality early childhood education and building a stronger future for children, families, and educators.
Blossom Bridge is independently owned and operated, which allows us to make decisions with our children, families, educators, and community at the center.
We believe parents are an essential part of a child’s learning journey. We prioritize open communication, provide real-time access to daily reports, and create opportunities for families to connect with teachers and become part of our school community.
Community is part of who we are. We create opportunities for families to connect through events, celebrations, family engagement activities, and community-focused experiences. We also share resources and local happenings to help families feel connected not only to Blossom Bridge, but to the communities we serve.
From the first tour to daily drop-off and pick-up, we want families to feel welcomed, supported, and connected. You’ll see teachers who know your child, communication throughout the day, opportunities to be involved, and a community that celebrates the little moments alongside you.
Programs & Learning
Blossom Bridge offers programs for infants, toddlers, early preschool, preschool, and Pre-K, serving children from 6 weeks through 5 years. Each classroom is designed around the developmental needs of its age group.
We build the skills children need for a confident transition to kindergarten through hands-on, experiential learning and intentional development across academic, social, emotional, and physical areas.
Our Pre-K program specifically focuses on social skills, emotional development, knowledge of the world around them, pre-reading, pre-writing, and pre-math skills while continuing to foster a lifelong love of learning.
Blossom Bridge uses a play-based, experiential approach to learning that combines hands-on exploration with intentional teaching and developmentally appropriate experiences. Children learn through play, relationships, discovery, and activities designed around their developmental stage, while teachers intentionally introduce and reinforce important concepts and skills.
Through play and meaningful experiences, children build problem-solving, communication, creativity, cooperation, independence, and early academic skills. Our teachers thoughtfully plan experiences that encourage children to wonder, explore, try, and discover, making learning both purposeful and joyful.
Absolutely! Hands-on, experiential learning is a key part of the Blossom Bridge approach. Children are encouraged to explore, create, experiment, interact, and discover through meaningful experiences that make learning fun and memorable.
Every classroom has its own rhythm based on the children’s ages and developmental needs, but days at Blossom Bridge include a balance of learning experiences, hands-on activities, play, social interaction, routines, meals and rest, and time to explore.
Our goal is to create days that feel joyful and engaging while giving children the consistency and structure they need to thrive.

We recognize that every child develops at their own pace and brings their own strengths, interests, and personality to the classroom. Our teachers provide individualized attention and intentionally create experiences that support each child’s academic, social, emotional, and physical development.

We work closely with families to learn about each child’s needs, personality, routines, and interests so we can make the transition as positive as possible.
We work closely with families to understand each child’s individual health and dietary needs and follow applicable policies and licensing requirements. This gives parents a window into their child’s day and helps them stay connected even when they’re apart. Parent feedback specifically highlights the frequent photos shared through the app.
